MEET HOLLY
Holly Lyon is an Air Force veteran, former educator, and proven leader running for the Arizona State House in Legislative District 17 to put service, accountability, and common-sense leadership back at the center of government.
Holly began her career as a 7th-grade math teacher before serving 26 years in the United States Air Force, rising to the rank of Colonel. During her service, she commanded twice, taught future military leaders, and helped oversee education, training, and strategic planning for tens of thousands of service members.
After retiring from the Air Force, Holly continued her work solving complex problems and delivering results. She’s running for State House because LD17 deserves experienced leadership that listens, works through differences, and focuses on practical solutions that put families and communities first.

We must hold our government officials to the highest standards while ensuring they have the resources to do their jobs safely and effectively. Holly believes in transparency, responsible use of taxpayer dollars, and leadership that earns public trust through results and integrity.

Arizona families are feeling the squeeze from rising costs. Holly believes working families shouldn't have to choose between groceries, healthcare, rent, or utilities. We can find solutions by working together.
ACCESSIBILITY
Every family deserves access to quality education, housing, and a sustainable supply of water in the communities they call home. When basic needs are unmet, families struggle and our communities suffer. Holly is committed to building a state where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
